Meadow Well Connected is a community hub and extensive gardens which has been supporting our local residents for almost 30 years. We provide a range of supportive services for people of all ages to help people make positive changes to their lives.
We are working with local people to develop a legacy project in the form of an art in nature trail in our extensive community gardens. We are working with an artist to facilitate this to ensure that the ideas of residents and combine with our natural habitat.
