A long weekend of events including an exhibition of bridal gowns from villagers in All Saints’ Church, a display of classic cars on the Village Green, lighting a beacon on The Mount, a 50s disco in the Village Hall, a Village Party on Low Street to include Morris Dancing and a live jazz band, children’s sports on the Recreation Field.
