The Royal Burgh of Whithorn and District Community Council represents the people of Whithorn and District in Galloway, SW Scotland. We are holding a big community picnic, complete with Silver Band performance, children’s games with prizes, a giant cake, races, football and a presentation to every child in the school of a commemorative medal.
