Firing Line is an accredited museum that celebrates the Welsh soldier over a period of 300 years. Our museum focuses on two regiments, 1st The Queen’s Dragoon Guards and The Royal Welsh. Her Majesty The Queen is the Colonel in Chief of the Royal Welsh so we are excited to spend the weekend celebrating her links to both our regiments, and her work in the Auxiliary Territorial Service during the Second World War. Over the Bank Holiday weekend we will have talks and information about the Her Majesty The Queen, a trail for kids around the museum with a prize and the chance to colour in your own Crown and Bunting. Entrance to the Museum forms part of the Cardiff Castle Ticket and is free for people with a Castle Key. All activities in the museum will be free of charge.
