June 2nd – Hilgay Beacon event with music from the Hilgay Silver Band and the Riverside Academy a bunting lined tree avenue up to the All Saints Church where tea and cakes will be served. Also on site is the Hilgay Palmer Chip van and Dessert MK – Event start at 8.00pm until the beacon is lit at 9.45pm
June 4th – Hilgay Bridge renaming ceremony takes place at the Riverside at 13.00 and then from 13.04 the Hilgay Motor Boat Club flotilla will start on there river passes – with invited guests taken on rides. The Rose and Crown Public House will be hosting live and recorded music and a BBQ for all.
June 5th – People will hold street parties and the Hilgay Methodist Church will be holding a Songs of Praise event with refreshments from 15.30
