The International Bomber Command Centre (IBCC) is a world-class facility to serve as a point for recognition, remembrance and reconciliation for Bomber Command. Providing the most comprehensive record of the Command in the world, the IBCC ensures that generations to come can learn of their vital role in protecting the freedom we enjoy today.

To mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee, The International Bomber Command Centre is proud to be hosting a series of commemorative events, commencing with the Lighting of the Beacon on Thursday 2nd June, where guests will enjoy music from the IBCC Choir, the playing of Diu Regnare by Pipe Major Finlay MacGhee and a platter supper. Friday will be filled with family fun and activities and our Piece de Resistance is Saturday’s entertainment from the fabulous Kalamazoo Big Band. Saturday afternoon they will delight guests with an Open Air Glenn Miller concert followed by an evening dinner dance all attended by the beautiful Young Queeen Elizabeth.
