Keynote Music and Docklands Sinfonia present:
A Free Jubilee Family Concert in Limehouse featuring Docklands Sinfonia, a new Jubilee poem by JR Thorpe, cakes baked by Jubilee Pudding finalist Shabnam Russo and Lisa Logan’s new children’s orchestral piece ‘The Magical Fish’, with illustrations by Rosie Brooks, narrator Ben Thapa (formerly in G4) at St Anne’s Church. Limehouse, Sunday 26 June 3.30pm. Children, babies and families welcome.

Followed by a picnic (please bring your own) with free cakes baked by BBC1 Jubilee Pudding finalist Shabnam Russo will bake cakes and decorate cakes with children.

The Magical Fish is a new children’s orchestral piece by Lisa Logan (Tower Hamlets composer) and Rosie Brooks (librettist and narrator). It is based upon the Brothers’ Grimm tale the Fisherman and his wife for children aged 3-11. With its magical music, it introduces important environmental themes to children. It features up and coming female tuba player Annie Morris.
