The Wilderness Trust is a charity dedicated to increasing the wellbeing of individuals by fostering connections with arts and with the environment. Our project will run an ideas competition open to young people to find waste reducing initiatives. The winning ideas will be funded to run for 6 months. We will also run 70 waste-reducing events and workshops, culminating in a booklet and an exhibition of all the work achieved throughout the project. To celebrate the Jubilee we will contribute to our community’s plans by funding entertainment for the street party.
