The Event has been opened to all known other Village organisations such as,
The Parish Church.
The Methodist Church.
The local School.
The Gardening Club.
The Bowling Club.
The Oxenup Singers.
The Oxenhope Pensioners Lunch Club.
The Ukelali Band.
and others.
The Event will be starting at 1300hrs with a short opening Ceremony by the D L.
It is anticipated that the Event will go on into the early evening..
We envisage that the Event will have something for all age groups, families and cultures.
There will be a grand auction of various donated high and low ticket prizes.
Any monies generated will be shared between Oxenhope Cricket Club and a local charity or charities. Oxenhope Cricket Club will use its share to improve facilities for both Junior and Senior players.
An application has been made to Bradford Council to cone off Hebden Bridge Road, on both sides from Muffin Corner to the Bay Horse Pub.
Oxenhope Cricket Club will have the final decision as to running the Event in the case of inclement weather..
