The Friends of Page Park are a voluntary group of local residents and park users who’s aim is to protect and improve the park and its structures for the community today and future generations.

The Friends volunteers help with the maintenance of the park, gardening session, fundraising for materials, equipment restoration improvements.

The Friends organise many events in the park to bring our community together

At ‘Page Park Celebrates the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee’ we will have a programme of musical performances on the bandstand including our celebration songs, Land of Hope and Glory, National Anthem etc performed by the Rock Choir for all to join in with, fairground rides and children’s entertainment, a variety of stalls, craft, charity, food and information stalls,
Children’s activities, skateboarding, Shoot at Goal, Rugby coaching, Face Painting
Relaxation area in the Sensory Garden with piano music and cream teas. Craft sessions in the Nest our Community Room, Jubilee Fancy dress, age categories up to 5yrs, 6-12 yrs and 13 and over plus much much more.
