Pre-school children & their siblings are invited to take part in supervised workshop sessions in Doe Bank Park on Monday 30th May & Wednesday 1st June (10.00am until 11.30am). These sessions must be pre-booked so craft resources can be made available.
Throughout the week. leading to the Platinum Jubilee weekend we will be providing resources to;
* make red, white & blue buntings and flags
* plant red, white & blue plants & seeds in and around the park
* making crowns
* following a timeline trail through the woodland areas
*tasting cucumber sandwiches on both workshop mornings, with tea.
* painting water-colour murals
* hunt the gold coin, in the sandpit
and many more activities to occupy children of all ages, in and around Doe Bank Park, Doe Bank Lane.
