As part of the Jubilee celebrations in our seaside town, we holding a small exhibition of photos and memorabilia of the visits Aldeburgh has had from the Royal family. The exhibition launches on Monday 30th May and will run every day for two weeks when the museum is open between 1pm – 4pm. There will also be a fun children’s activity to keep our younger visitors amused.
On Thursday June 2nd we are hosting storytelling sessions from the Yarnsmith of Norwich, a professional storyteller, author and historian from Norfolk who will take us on a journey back to centuries of English royalty. This event is FREE and is in collaboration with Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall, where the sessions will take place. For details, see the Jubilee Hall website.
