After officially opening the party with the bagpipes and our town crier, the community will sit down for a Big Lunch together accompanied by local musicians. We will then launch the music festivities with a kiddies disco before a whole afternoon and evening of musical performances by local bands and musicians.
Alongside this there will be face painting, bubbles n fun, arts and crafts – making our own crowns – a royal photo booth and a Royal Pet parade by our local furry residents. The street will be decorated with bunting and residents have been asked to dress with a pop of purple as well as decorating their own homes!
