Wateringbury Scouts are holding a family camp at Thristwood Scout campsite over the 4 day weekend.
We will have games and celebrations involving the whole family, making bunting/decorations, cakes, and bread for a large afternoon tea in honor of the Queen. We will run games and activities to help celebrate this monumental milestone.
We will have approx 100 on the camp from young children 2yrs right up to grandparents so a real family event, the beacon will involve the whole site to come together to celebrate and may have between 500-1000.
We will be roasting a pig.
We have registered a beacon which will be a large bonfire lit by a flaming arrow.
