Wells Street Party organises community events to celebrate national events. The committee consists of five volunteer local people who raise funds to put on these events free of charge to those that attend. The Platinum Jubilee Street Party will take place on Sunday 5 June 2022 and locals and visitors are al welcome. As well as the street party there will be other attractions on the site such as sideshows, stalls a funfair and music. The theme will be the 1950s and those attending are encouraged to dress up accordingly.
