Silverline Memories provides places to go and things to do for people with dementia and their families and their carers. Thanks to a grant from Arts Council England’s Let’s Create Jubilee Fund we’re forming a choir, led by one of our members with a diagnosis of early onset dementia and supported by a professional musician. The choir will be helping us celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee!
